Last December, the family and I went on our annual trip to FL for the holidays. I realized I didn't post any of the pictures I took, but I figure it's better late than never! Here are a few from our various adventures, including the animals and coasters at Busch Gardens, the sponge docks in Greektown, and Medeira Beach.

Well, this year, my parents and brother will be heading down to FL and I will be staying here in MN with Grams. It'll be strange without the familia, but it will be nice to enjoy Christmas and the New Year with some snow!

I love fall time in Minnesota. It never lasts long, but those few precious weeks are my favorite time of the year. Colorful leaves scatter the ground and fill the air, painting a world that couldn't be more picturesque. The soft crunch beneath each footstep, the crisp breeze that lifts my hair; I savor every moment and wish mother nature would wait to bring the snow and slush.
Yesterday I decided to take advantage of the beauty around me and snap some shots with an equally gorgeous subject. Meet my long time friend and neighbor, Shelby.

last day of summer // minnesota nice

Today I spent my last day of summer at the Great Minnesota Get Together--> The State Fair. With a perfect 75º and sunny afternoon, I most definitely had a blast with some amazing cousins I hadn't seen in way too long. Here's to a fun-filled summer!
