a sweet surprise

a bit of planning + a bunch of awesome friends + a vintage picnic in an adorable town...

No double equals an amazing surprise sweet sixteen party for my best friend Alexa Anne. 

It was kind of awesome.

Since the little miss was the one snapping all the pictures, there aren't too many of her in FRONT OF her brand new lens. But we managed to get a few.

There were frames,

and mustaches,

 

and sunsets on bridges,

and 'perfect-for-toe-dipping' water,

oh, and not to mention the trademarked 'high school musical jump'.

Like I said, it was kind of awesome.
